Having a background in mathematics in combination with human-centered design allows her to drive thorough discovery investigations, develop strategic approaches, and execute solutions backed by research, data, and user feedback. Irene’s favorite way to design is co-creating with direct-users and cross-functional partners to build strong relationships, high collaboration, gain holistic insight, and advocate for users.
